SUMMARY OF BALKANS TRIP March 1-19
This trip was one of the best that I have gone on for a long time. We started in Podgerica Montenegro, with Pastor Jovica in a small church building in the heart of the city. We had a week of seminars where we preached and taught and had some morning prayer meetings. It was a wonderful beginning to see God move to touch and encourage many that came.
This was a time when I felt like we were doing some of what the Apostle Paul and the early disciples did when they went back across Asia to strengthen the churches by the Word of the Lord and the prophetic word. I was blessed to be able to go and have a part in so many lives as we crossed over into nation after nation, adding up to four nations total in the 19 days we were out.
My heart had been touched for many years to go to Macedonia, and God granted my desire to go on this trip. We spent four days in two different locations, and I had a different view of this country than what I thought it would be. The best part was that we had some very good response and attendance in the meetings. Pastor Peter and his wife and family were a delight to be with, and we had some very wonderful times of ministry and prayer in each church.
Kosovo was our next place with all the ones that we were blessed to be with there. It was a great time of releasing the word of the Lord to the Body of Christ. After all the times of turmoil and war in the nation, God has raised up a strong church that is going forward and building the Kingdom of God. We had the opportunity to pray and speak into some of the lives of men and women who had suffered much to stand and preach the truth under the fire of the enemy’s opposition.
We had our last portion of the journey in Albania, and were delighted to be able to spend time with the Babcock’s: Dan, Semi, and family of three, Danielle, Rilinda, and Samuel. It was pure delight to see them and to be able to spend some time in fellowship.
In summary of the time, I believe the mission was accomplished, and I could say that Bless The Nations is reaching people that are indeed in need of the Gospel. It was good to see so many people who have been touched over the year still standing, those that Bro. Steve and the ministry have brought into Christ and discipled. I praise the Lord for the opportunity to just have been a part to feed into the lives of those whom God has chosen to carry on the work of the Lord in the nations of the world. God bless you, Bro. Steve, for your labor of love and thank you for taking me along. You are an inspiration to me and my wife, and many across the world.
