Steve & Kathy Manning are the founders and directors of Bless the Nations Ministry. Steve has been preaching from the age of 17, and was ordained to the ministry in 1978. He has ministered in over 70 nations of the world. Based now in the Colorado Rockies they have planted Bible Schools in the Balkans and co-founded a children’s Home in India. With an apostolic and prophetic calling, the ministry team conducts schools of ministry and missions in the USA and overseas.

This mission’s ministry was birthed in 1984, after Steve took a ten-week outreach around the world stemming from a prayer he prayed. “Lord send us where someone won’t go or where it’s hard to reach”. They built the ministry on the Great Commandment, the Great Commission, and the Great Compassion that Jesus gave the Church.

Our Vision, Purpose, & Mission

We are a multifaceted team ministry, called in obedience to Christ's greatest madates to the world:
• The greatest commandmet (Matthew 22:37)
• The greatest commission (Matthew 28:19)
• The great compassion (Matthew 25:35-40)

We formed Bless the Nations to fulfill the Great Commission. Our purpose is to bless the nations with the Gospel of Christ and to bless the Church at large by promoting the vision and the progress of world missions in the local church.
Our vision in two words is discipleship and evangelism. It is our heart's to raise up and reach as many people as we can with the Gospel of Jesus Christ by means of sending, training, equipping, planting, and establishing. Our specific emphasis in world evangelism is to go to the unreached places and to reach the unreached peoples in the earth. (See Romans 15:20 and Mark 13:10)

Our Relationship with the Local Church

Bless the Nations Ministries has worked closely with the church in America and in the Nations. As a family and ministry we have always embraced and taught the importance of the local church. We not only belong to a local church, but God has linked us to churches around the world that hold to a kingdom mentality in building Christ’s kingdom together. We cannot do what we do in the earth without the endorsement and strong relationships with churches. BTN is apart of the local church and the church at large. Feel free to E-mail or write for any recommendations you may need. We’ve carried relationships with churches for many years in many nations.
  • Bless the Nations has a Board of Directors.
  • Steve is ordained with Christ for the Nations, Dallas Texas.
  • Bless the Nations also ordains and licenses ministries according to our bi-laws. We use this especially overseas where the church is young and in need of this sacrament and ordinance. Our requirements are based on biblical standards.
  • We are in partnership with many Pastors, leaders and churches that send
  • students to our Bible schools.
  • We are a part of a local church.
  • In his yearly schedule, Steve is often called to minister in local churches.

What others are saying

We have the privilege of being "Home base" for Steve and Kathy Manning.  They are such a blessing to the body of Christ.  They have a heart for prayer, a depth in the word and a wealth of experience.  Steve carries a well developed apostolic and prophetic anointing.  They are committed to equipping and releasing Christian workers to their field of service.  They are down to earth, love to laugh and are easy to relate to but beyond all of that they have a genuine love for the church which is so encouraging to me as a local pastor.    Steve’s ministry never ceases to challenge me to have a greater view of the Kingdom of God.  He is a man who has seen the Kingdom; he also fearlessly lives it out.  There is a statement made by the apostle Paul to the Thessalonian churches that I believe describes the ministry of Bless the Nations; “...we were pleased to impart to you not only the Gospel of God but our own lives as well." (1 Thes .2:8)  This couple has sown their lives for the sake of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

"I first met Steve Manning 26 years ago as a young man starting out in the ministry. Over the years I have observed Steve, watching him raise his children along with Kathy, walking through the seasons of life and ministering in dozens of nations. He has never lost his lifelong desire to be “a worshipper” broken before the Lord, a part of the heavenly bride. The hallmarks of Steve's life and ministry are: The preaching of the Cross and its deep work in our character, the prophetic touch, and a desire to bring the Gospel to the unreached peoples of earth. Besides serving for 15 years as a founding Board Member of BTN, we worked closely from 1996 to 2003 establishing Bible training in the Balkan nations during war-time. One thing stands out to me through it all: I have watched God send Steve into the lives of leaders and churches at critical times, in various crises, with a word of wisdom and direction that turned the situation. His unique ministry of “coming alongside with wisdom” itself would be enough to cause me to recommend him to leaders and leaders of leaders’ world-wide."

I have known of BTN for over 20 years and have been on the Board now for over seven.  I have always known Steve & Kathy and everyone at BTN to have the utmost of integrity and to have a passion for the nations and the lost.  Whether they are conducting events overseas or simply communicating with partners of the ministry, they have always had a genuine heart for people.  Therefore, it is with great pleasure that I would give a full endorsement to Steve, Kathy and all that they do through the ministry of Bless The Nations.

Our annual highlight of the year is the BTN Bible Training with Steve Manning. For over 10 years hundreds of lives have been touched by these times of in-depth studying the Word of God. People from many parts of former Yugoslavia-such as Serbia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Kosovo have attended. This year we had 40 attending daily from Serbia and Macedonia. Each day was an exciting journey into the N.T. and related subjects. Besides Steve Manning teaching also pastors from USA and other Serbian leadership plus local Pastors were also teaching. Pastor Miodrag Stankovic, the Serbian and Roma Gypsy Elders of Leskevac and Churches always look forward to this time in the Word and prophecy with Steve. It is a blessed time and opportunity for spiritual renewal.
This year we had people attending who were former drug addicts, other addictions and involved with crime before they met Christ. The intense Bible week was good training. Many were so thankful that they came to receive more of the Lord, new joy and hope for the future. We do pray that we can continue the Bible School Training with Steve. May the Lord provide for the finances yearly and so it can be extended to several weeks training in Leskevac, Serbia. It is such a good opportunity for concentrated short-term studying of the Word and fellowshipping with Christians from our neighboring countries.

Yours in Jesus,
Pastor Miodrag Stankovic

P.S. Pastor Mio has gone on to Heaven, his friendship was a lifeline for Steve personally. I included this endorsement in honor of the many years we worked together in the Kingdom of God.
